Mughalai chicken

1)marinate the chicken breast pieces( 1/2kg) in yoghurt-2 tbsp, red chilly powder-1 tbsp, coriander powder- 1 tbsp,salt as required, ginger paste-1 tbsp, garlic paste- 1 tbsp


2)leave the marinade for 15mins


3)grind clove-3, pepper corns- few,cashews-7, dry red chillies-4


4)oil plus ghee – fry the three onions sliced till brown


5)drain out the browned onions from the oil


6)In the same ghee and oil sautΓ© the chicken marinade


7)add the grinded cashew powder


8)add milk- half cup (or fresh cream)


9)milk is authentic Mughalai recipe


10)lid it and simmer it


11)add the three green chillies 🌢️ and lid it again for 10 mins
